A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Chanel Johnson, owner and creator of Cakes By Chanel.
My journey began in 2009, when I started making cakes at a local grocery store. What began as simply doing a job quickly grew into a passion. I discovered how much I loved being creative, bringing ideas to life through cake, and most importantly, seeing the smiles my creations brought to people’s faces.
Over the years, that passion turned into a career and eventually became Cakes By Chanel. What I love most about what I do is knowing that I get to be a small part of some of life’s sweetest moments—from birthdays and weddings to celebrations, milestones, and those “just because” moments that deserve something special.
For me, it’s about more than just making cakes and desserts. It’s about creating something memorable for every person who trusts me to be a part of their special occasion.
I’m truly grateful that something I started in 2009 has grown into a career and business that I genuinely love. Every order, every customer, and every smile continues to remind me why I started.
